Sesame Asparagus recipe
A nice asparagus recipe to try !

Asparagus Recipe Ingredients :
  • 1 ½ cup of asparagus, sliced into half-inches.
  • ½ cup of beansprouts.
  • ½ cup of red bell pepper.
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil.
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds.
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger, grated.
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic, minced.
  • 1 tablespoon of shallot, minced.
  • Juice of 1 freshly-squeezed lime.
Asparagus Recipe Instructions

First of all in a frying pan, heat the sesame oil until it is smoking.
And then quickly add the sesame seeds, asparagus, ginger, shallot, and garlic.
Stir-fry about 1 minute.
Add the beansprouts and red pepper.
Stir-fry for another minute.
Remove from heat and add soy sauce and lime juice.
Toss thoroughly.
The asparagus recipe is ready to Serve...enjoy it !
