Asparagus Recipe Ingredients :
- 1 ½ cup of asparagus, sliced into half-inches.
- ½ cup of beansprouts.
- ½ cup of red bell pepper.
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil.
- 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds.
- 1 tablespoon of ginger, grated.
- 1 tablespoon of garlic, minced.
- 1 tablespoon of shallot, minced.
- Juice of 1 freshly-squeezed lime.
Asparagus Recipe Instructions
First of all in a frying pan, heat the sesame oil until it is smoking.
And then quickly add the sesame seeds, asparagus, ginger, shallot, and garlic.
Stir-fry about 1 minute.
Add the beansprouts and red pepper.
Stir-fry for another minute.
Remove from heat and add soy sauce and lime juice.
